Tramontana Suites

Fantastic location, on top of a great sandy beach with crystal clear water, and a few large salt cedars providing adequate shade so that you don't even need an umbrella to protect you from the sun. The beach was not busy at all (late June to early July), giving you the feeling of being on a large private beach. During our 5-day stay, we were lucky to see the full moon rising from the horizon, and the view from the room was breathtaking. We had absolutely no problem with it; however, it is fair to warn people that although the beach is located no more than 200+ meters from the rooms, the path to the beach is very steep, making it difficult for people who don't like it or, more importantly, can't walk back up the steep hill to get back to their rooms. Also, having a car or a motorcycle is a must, as there are no shops or tavernas in the area; the closest villages are some 15-20 mins away, and ensuring an adequate drinking water supply and mosquito repellents is mandatory.

Without meaning to degrade the high quality and level of satisfaction experienced during our stay, I would only suggest looking into enriching the cooking facilities, as due to the remoteness of the apartment, some people may prefer to stay in and cook some simple meals during their stay.

The view from the apartment is outstanding even from the ground floor. Everything was clean and tidy and the decoration was extremely taken care of.

Location and view

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. When I arrived, I had to wait outside for two hours before someone came to open the room for me, which was very frustrating after a long trip. Once inside, I noticed the shower had almost no water pressure, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which I would expect at this price range.
