Posizione strategica perché vicina al centro storico. Unico neo che la struttura è su due livelli, pertanto, non tanto adatta per persone anziane come noi, ma eccellente per giovani coppie.

大通りに面していてとても環境が良いと思う。目の前にコーヒーやグラニータなど食べられるところが多数あり、レストランも多い。スーパーや駅も歩いて行ける。私達はここを拠点に電車でモディカの街も見学できた。部屋は一階のキッチンと居間が一緒でソファーもあってゆっくり出来る。寝室とトイレは階段を登った2階にあり、とても静かである。鍵が四つ有るが、慣れればすぐに開ける事ができる。近所の人も優しい。
階段が細くて体格の良い人には向かないと思う。また上の階の足音や椅子を引く音が寝室に響いてくる事がある。外が騒がしい事が有ったが、窓をしっかり閉めると音は消える。
