Kim Minh House

I had a great stay at Kim Minh House! It is a family run guest house. The owners are really nice and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you. Room: The first room I chose was facing the street. It was extremely noisy, all day, all night. It also had an army of little ants on the wall, right next to the bed. I asked the owner for a different room and was upgraded to a two bedroom room away from the street. That room was great! Comfy bed. Spacious and quiet! Location: Ideal. Waking distance to all the city attractions.

There is no lift. The owner assisted me with my luggage, up the narrow stairs, to the 2nd floor. The street facing room was extremely noisy, all the time! The staff/ owners enter the room (? Perhaps to service it) in your absence, even if you have not asked them to do so.

Lovely owners of this homestay. Walking distance to restaurant and sights.

Location is ideal, the family who welcomed us were so lovely. For the money, it’s exceptional.
