Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung in den Räumen war zweckmäßig, der geflieste Boden im Sommer sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich.

Auf der Terrasse der Wohnung kam die Abluft aus dem Schwimmbad an (Rohr). Das mindert den Nutzungswert der Terrasse erheblich (Geräusche und Gerüche). Der Fahrradraum war zu weit entfernt und nicht ohne Barriere.
