The bright 3-room apartment with balcony is on the 2nd OG and was fundamentally renovated in 2014 and refurbished with high quality.
A free parking lot with no height restrictions is available. Bicycle parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
The apartment is in a quiet area and is located in Kühlungsborn West.
The numerous shops and stores in your immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and shop. Restaurants and bars are on the promenade. Supermarkets (Lidil, Netto, Reformahaus), bakers, doctors and pharmacies can be reached in a one to two minute walk.
The beautiful sandy beach and concert garden can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot.
A gym, various bike rentals and the climbing forest for children and nearby.
The apartment has 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom / children's room with a loft bed and a living room furniture in real wood with enough storage space and a dining table with 4 chairs. All rooms are bright and friendly. In the entrance area there is a new kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a ceramic hob with 2 hotplates, dishes, cutlery and glasses for 4 people and plenty of space for. B. for food. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster complete the equipment.
A cleaning fee will be charged and is included in the final price.

Tourist tax according to local conditions

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, nah am Wasser gelegen und dicht an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Fahrstuhl auch Kinderwagen-freundlich.
Schlüsselübergabe entsprach nicht den Angaben der Mail, konnte dann aber telefonisch gut vor Ort geklärt werden.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in Kübo-West, mit Kleinkind durch Lage, Fahrstuhl und Wohnungsgröße sehr gut. Was leider fehlt sind Verdunklungsgardinen. Im Sommer wird es früh schon warm und hell.

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns (3Personen) perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, auch wenn die Straße vorne doch befahrener war als gedacht - teilweise recht laut auf dem Balkon! Aber dafür war die Strandnähe wiederum super. Die FeWo war sauber (außer die Fenster!) und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.
Leider waren wir enttäuscht von der Abwicklung bezügl. der Bettwäsche. Wir bekamen eine Reservierungsbestätigung, in der klar aufgeführt war, dass Bettwäsche inklusive ist. Jedoch beim Schlüsselabholen mussten wir dafür €42 extra bezahlen. Dies allerdings auch, wenn man selbst die Bettwäsche mitgebracht hätte!!!!!!! Also wird es eine Art Vermittlungsgebühr vom Hotel Rosenhof sein, was man aber dem Mieter auch so mitteilen müsste und einen nicht vor der Schlüsselausgabe vor vollendete Tatsachen stellen! Das hat unsere Laune anfänglich getrübt und uns einen leichten "Abzocke"-Eindruck vermittelt. Das war schade.
Alles andere war prima.
Es wäre schön, wenn die die Vermieter bei uns dazu nochmal äußern würden!
