"The staff is very nice and friendly. She drove and found us as we were in a lost to find the place in Sumoto. Great place to stay over few days."

Very conveniently located and well-appointed home. We had a parking space nearby (a local told us which one to use) which is not always the case with minpaku-type accommodation. As a Sumoto regular (both hotels and homes) defo one of the best options.
Nothing really. Older/less mobile folks might find the stairs a bit steep.
