Spacious, great location in the middle of Menaggio, well maintained apartment

This was a great apartment, superbly located for the centre of town and close to the ferry port and the bus station - the history of the house was interesting too. There was parking, but we didn't have or need a car - we went everywhere by bus or boat. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a large fridge. The staff were also very helpful, liaising with us before and afterwards so that check-in and check-out were smooth - they had the apartment ready for us early and were there to greet us even when the office was officially closed for lunch. The shared pool was lovely too - there were never more than a few other guests and we often had it to ourselves.

A minor point, but it would have been nice to have some sun umbrellas by the pool - we're fair-skinned and burn easily, so the lack of shade meant that we were only comfortable using the pool after 4pm when the shade started to come across.

Ligging van het appartement was fantastisch met goede parkeerplaats. Ontvangst allerhartelijkst. Het was erg warm in de periode dat we er waren maar het appartement bleef koel vanwege airco’s . Appartement was zeer schoon ……we hebben genoten

Een klein minpuntje, de tweede slaapkamer had geen kledingkast of mogelijkheid om kleding op te hangen
