Has everything you need, great location to centre of town but just far enough away from the noise.

This apartment/villa is perfect. It is well laid out, beautifully decorated and furnished. It had everything we wanted.

Nothing . There have been comments about loose tiles in the pool but they didn’t cause us a problem and in any event the pool is being re-tiled later in October

Had to communicate with owner about questions in apartment. No instructions for appliances .

the location is great, with quick easy access to the town and beach. The other side of Carvoeiro is a bit nicer however and the apartment block needs a lot of updates and fixes.

the pool has broken and missing tiles so you really have to watch your feet and especially those of little children. there are ok facilities in the apartment itself but it needs a lot of fixes and upgrades. turning the oven and hob on at the same time causes a power cut, the kettle stopped working completely and the fridge wasn't cold and constantly dripped a substantial amount of water all over the food. the rooms are nice and wardrobes are a great size, the bathroom is neat and has everything you need. similarly the living room and dining area are lovely.
