La ubicación cerca del puerto y del centro histórico, aunque el callejón sea estrecho.
La ducha no desaguaba y no nos pudimos duchar en 24 h, porque el propietario no gestionó bien la avería y nos ofreció un fontanero que tenía que venir 24 h después. Para no perder todo el día en este tema, lo solucionamos con un producto que compramos y aplicamos nosotros . El propietario estuvo encantado con nosotros por resolverle el problema y ahorrarle el fontanero, pero no nos ofreció ningún tipo de compensación y ni siquiera nos pagó el producto que le dejamos.
