A comfortable relaxing house

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything that we wanted for a relaxing 3 generation break. We enjoyed playing scrabble, a nice addition

The location was great, silent, friendly looking neighbourhood. Neighbour is a very nice woman, two lovely playful dogs that we could pet. House is pure luxury, has everything you could ever need - including a dryer for your clothes! Actually, I would immediately buy the property and live there, if I could.

Luxurious, clean, spacious, very well-appointed property. Furniture and fittings were high quality and obviously carefully chosen. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed was there. Nice garden to sit in on a summer evening, Close to a supermarket.

Lovely stay with friends in Benbecula

The house and kitchen was very well furnished and equipped. There was a lovely garden and wooden garden furniture. The starlings were nesting under the roof fascia - very entertaining. There were 2 restaurants in walking distance. Good location for touring South Uist and benbecula. Saw seals at nearby Seal point.

This is the perfect place to use as your base for exploring Uist. Supermarkets, restaurants and fuel close by. Inside had everything you needed plus a welcome chocolate, games and excellent wifi.

Excellent accommodation

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cuan on our Benbecula trip. House interior is luxurious and immaculate with all amenities required included for a stress free, relaxing stay. Cuan is so central, a few minutes walk to Benbecula Airport, a bank, a large supermarket and a Chinese takeaway. Bus stop is also close by with a reliable bus service. We were able to get a bus south to Eriksay and north to Bereneray and Lochmaddy. Would highly recommend this property for a stay or base in Benbecula. Our host, Rory was very helpful and on hand if required.

A fantastic place to stay

Really great place to stay, spacious and modern and loads of nice little extra touches on arrival. It’s all kitted out really well and very comfortable, it was easy to pick up the keys and Rory sent through through loads of useful info in advance about places to eat etc

A very comfortable homestay. Very comfy beds and couches to relax on. Amazing rain shower after a challenging hike. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner and a delicious chocolate bar in each bedroom on arrival
