I felt like I came 15 years back in time… old furniture hotel was closed when I arrived, nobody at the reception and nobody was picking up the phone I called, got back call in 2 hours or so

Very unsuitable for families with children. The room were as cold as a refrigerator, we were forced to sleep in clothes at night. Interior old, worn, barely fulfills its functions. if it weren't for the cold, the kids wouldn't have a cold and got insect bites, I'd be neutral and wouldn't give a bad review, but this time I can't keep quiet. A lot could be written about the bad, hotel owners, please respect the tourists and close it to the reconstruction.
