BELMONTE Hotel Krynica-Zdrój

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! It is incredibly child-friendly, with so many fun and engaging activities that kept the kids happy and entertained every single day. The staff were warm and welcoming, and you could really feel that families are a priority here. The food was outstanding — both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinners were absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high-quality ingredients. Every meal felt like a special experience. What made it even better was that the adults could truly relax as well. The spa area was beautiful and peaceful, and the bar was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. It’s also an excellent place to learn skiing, with great facilities and a very supportive environment for beginners. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was wonderful and the beds were super comfy. It was snowing during our visit, which made for a beautiful view and a cozy experience watching the flakes fall from the lobby bar. Breakfast was also very nice, and the veal pierogi on the à la carte restaurant menu were delicious!

Our room was located three floors below reception and felt very dark. It was right next to the underground parking lot, where people often left the doors open, causing a draft. Also, being on the same floor as the playroom was an inconvenience since we were traveling without children.

Wonderful big pool and plenty of different saunas. Two outside jacuzzis are nice but then you look at the size of hotel and realize it doesn't make sense - you never got to use them. Nice interior design but little functional, good buffet breakfast but again very crowded because of the the space design. Room is the only place of adequate size but the light system is rather strange

The hill to come up to the hotel needs some solutions in winter - the hotel staff takes no notice, no warning no care at all. Staff is professional but neutral - you don't feel welcomed. This is not a 5 star hotel, rather an average 4 star. Hotel is designed for modern look but somehow architects didn't predict situation of I think over 50% occupancy - it becomes exhausting when crowded. The price for being a sardin is also riddiculous

clean ans spacious room, food was ok and breakfast very limited for a five star. staff were not making an effort to be helpful or polite. to me it is not worth for the money you pay and the service you get.
