Waking up with the view of the blue sky, the pristine waters of the bay and the sound of fishermen coming back in their little boats to dock at the small port was pure magic!
The villa is located in a quiet small port , a 2 minute walk from the Kapsali beach. Kapsali beach has a number of restaurants, cafes and shops that makes you hard to leave the town. The beach also has magnificent views of the Chora of Kythira, just a 7-8 minute drive from Kapsali.
The area the villa is located is quiet and makes access in and out of Kapsali, to explore the amazing beaches of the island , very easy despite the fact you are next to everything and also have a separate smaller beach to swim right on your footsteps. Just go down the steps from the property and a small quiet beach awaits for you
The villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen that absolutely has it all, dining and living room. You can enjoy your breakfast or a meal in one of the 2 balconies or the veranda.
The villa was spotless and all the details were on point, welcoming you and making you feel straight at home, as if you always lived there!
Georgia like a friendly neighbor, made sure we had everything we needed and was always there to answer any questions with a big warm smile.
Truly we can’t thank Georgia enough for her hospitality and the magic of her home in Kapsali!

It was spacious , in the best location and modern and bright.
Georgia was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and her villa was equipped with everything you could think of
There are quite a few stairs to the front door which didn’t bother me but if you had mobility issues, it could be a bit tricky.

Villa Kapsali was exception. The actual home, the location and the host were nothing short of amazing. Georgia was the best host we could have asked for and really took care of us all. We would definitely come visit again!
