Close enough to Olbia city, airport and in close proximity to great beaches. Owner was really nice and accommodating. Finally, great WiFi connection.

Payed tourist / city tax via this booking and then additional tax to the owner in cash. We had to pay for sheets and towels, this is the first time I ever had to do that. Carrying our luggage up the stairs going up to the suite was painful and uncomfortable (it’s an accident waiting to happen). If you have small bags and I mean really small luggage bags then you’re ok. The garden is not kept trimmed. Theres a beehive in the flower tree and a bunch of mosquitos going through the entrance. The bunk beds were unsteady and shaky. I did not bother using them to avoid an accident. I recommend replacing them. The shower is really small and cramped. I also recommend extending the shower as it’s not suitable for bigger people. Finally, We were responsible for sorting out our garbage and taking the garbage out.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, molto bello, luminoso, terrazza enorme con una vista su Olbia spettacolare, comodissimo per parcheggiare l'auto. La proprietaria simpaticissima e sempre disponibile per tutto anche per ottimi consigli su ristoranti, luoghi da visitare. Super Consigliato per passare una vacanza rilassante in Sardegna. Sembrava di essere a casa nostra.
