De communicatie verliep vlot - via WhatsApp - in het Engels. Het huisje is ruim met een aangenaam balkon in de schaduw. Het ligt aan de rand van de stad, steeds parking voor de deur. Airco werkt prima en is wel noodzakelijk in de zomer.
Er was geen vaatwasmachine, hoewel dat op de site stond. Bedden zijn niet van uitmuntende kwaliteit. Bij een te groot stroomverbruik (bijvoorbeeld t.g.v. airco) durft de stroom wel eens uitvallen. Op het terras is er geen tafel aanwezig om te eten met meerdere personen.
