Great stay away from The crowd.

Phenomenal property with private beach and great comfortable rooms.

It's brand new property, with big rooms, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Private beach (you have to pay extra for chairs however). There is a supermarket 3 min walking, and few restaurants. Its in a very quiet part of Neum.

I wish they accept credit cards so that was inconvenient, and maybe a little bit more shade on the beach.

Highly recommend for staying

Modern and clean appartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good, private beach in front of the appartments, parking in front and in a garage. The view from balcony is gorgeous. Equipped and functional kitchen. Bathroom is clean and modern.

The staff, villa and private beachfront are as good as it gets in Neum! The neighborhood is quiet and nice and there is no turbo folk music to be heard anywhere. The price is a tad bit higher but it's for a good reason, everything in the villa is literally brand new.

I liked the whole apartment and the private beach the most. We had a perfect stay with two small children, enough space and it was very clean.

I only would add a small fence on the beach, as it could be dangerous especially for reckless children who can easily fall down.

Sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig

Das Hotel und der dazugehörige Privatstrand sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schon früh am Morgen wurden die Gänge des Hotels und die Liegen, Treppen und Flächen des Strandes gereinigt. Das Geschirr und Besteck, alle Küchenutensielien waren sehr sauber. Die Abtrockentücher gebügelt... alles sehr gepflegt und hygienisch. Die oberen Zimmer mit Meerblick boten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und es war großartig auf dem Balkon zu Essen, zu lesen, oder einfach nur aufs Meer zu blicken. Darko von der Rezeption ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und auf Zack. Sogar die Garage ist blitzsauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der es einem sehr erleichtert das schwere Gepäck direkt zum Auto, oder zu den Räumen zu transportieren. Das Meer ist sauber, klar und es lässt sich angenehm hineingehen. Das Hotel liegt im schönsten Teil von Neum. Umso näher man an den öffentlichen Strand kommt umso schmutziger und verwahrloster sieht alles aus. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche schöne Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Herrliche Ruhe.

Das unterste Apartment mit Meerblick hat die vor dem Hotel parkenden Autos direkt vor sich, kostet aber gleich wie die oberen, mit dem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, die Abstand zur Straße haben.

Momak (ne znam mu ime) koji radi na recepciji, izuzetno profesionalan, kulturan, ugodan i suradljiv, kao i gospodin koji ga je mijenjao veoma ugodan i odmjeren čiko. Odlicna garaza u sklopu objekta. Prelijep miris čistoce kroz cijeli objekat.

Jedino sto mogu navesti kao zamjerku to je odjava do 09h ujutro a prijava tek od 13h(iako smo mi dobili dozvolu da malo produzimo). I jedno i drugo kada bi mogli biti od 11h bilo bi odlicno-razmisliti makar o odjavi u 11h.

Nov lijepo opremljen objekat sa svojom plažom i ležaljkama. Sobe su čiste konforne i lijepo opremljene. Plaža je uredna sa ležaljkama i more je bistro ičisto. Objekat ima recepciju a osoblje je ljubazno.

Pri ubytovaní vám označia lehátka vašim číslom izby,keď sme prišli boli voľné iba v hornom rade, sú tam vysadené olivy kde je veľa mravcov , takže ležíte pod konármi olivy. Prístup do vody dobrý. Mesto ničím zaujímavé. Ubytovanie v celku dobre, v kuchyni sa nachádza základný riad, bez mikrovlnky.
