Good central location, brilliant hospitality, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Shaun and Tracey are wonderful hosts and made sure it was a great stay for us. We appreciate them preparing non-dairy options and providing some breakfast options when we had to leave earlier than the designated breakfast time. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay in Penrith!
Noises from the cars passing by can ba distracting while sleeping, although they provided earplugs. Private parking is available beside the property but it is a tight squeeze for a few cars and can be a bit tricky to maneuver inside and out. Shaun was helpful in guiding us in when we called on the way there.

It was very clean, the hosts were lovely and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast in the morning was also a wonderful selection and very tasty. Whilst neither of us have any food intolerances, there were plenty of cereals available for those that do. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great hosts, couldn’t be more helpful. lovely themed room with large en-suite. Comfy bed, clean everywhere, great breakfast . Good location out the way (just) from night life.
