The roof terrace is manual and could be heavy for some people to open

La urbanización es muy bonita, muy cerca de la playa, el apartamento es relativamente moderno y cómodo, la chica que nos atendió muy amable

La limpieza del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear… el toldo para disfrutar de la terraza estaba roto y solo podías salir en la tarde-noche, el solárium estaba sucio , sin toldo y pocas comodidades, nada cuidado y no pudimos hacer uso de él por el acceso al mismo y en el estado que estaba. Desde él parking al apartamento hay mucha distancia y escaleras… nada cómodo cuando vas cargado

La zona muy tranquila y el anfitrión fenomenal, nos dejaron utilizar el garaje antes de hora y nos dejaron salir mas tarde. La limpieza era fenomenal y se agradece que te pongan a disposición las hamacas para la playa.

Yo cambiaría alguna sarten de la cocina, el sofa del salón es incómodo, las sombrillas de playa las tiraria porque estan rotas y avisaria en el anuncio que hay que subir escaleras para ir al apartamento por si viajas con un niño pequeño o una persona mayor.

When we arrived we discovered that the awning on the balcony was broken, the metal surround was hanging across the balcony with no material in it, it looked dreadful as well as having no purpose. The awning on the roof terrace was also broken- no shade at all. We did ask for umbrellas which were brought the next day, they were attached to balcony railing, they did help but weren’t ideal. We were unable to use the roof terrace as there was no shade. We feel that we should have been informed about this before we went - looks like it may have happened in July. One of the main reasons for booking the property was the use of the roof terrace (which didn’t happen!)The door lock needs repairing - we were locked out of property for almost an hour, as the lock had jammed. Luckily my husband eventually managed to turn the key - again Margaret did come out but the only solution seemed to be to use WD40 and only turn the lock twice. She did arrange for a locksmith to visit , but nothing else was done- we were told he couldn’t get the right part. The whole apartment needs a really good clean - cups and some cutlery were dirty, the bathroom drawers and floor were awful.
