Elizabeth Apartment La Mata

Todo nuevo sobre todo el baño

Todo genial

Cosy little apartment. The place is just right for a family. The bathroom is superb, the balcony gives you great evenings and eating together experiences. The beach and food shop are just few minutes away. The pool is nice also. Host is very friendly - if there's an issue they try to sort it out immediately. I can only recommend for others.

The location was good but not as close to the beach as led to believe. It was relatively difficult to carry chairs, beach bags etc down to the beach and it certainly felt further than a 6 minute walk.

The main issue with the apartment was the constant flooding from the shower! This happened on two occasions after our arrival, and after only one person showering, the water flooded the whole living room. We were not advised until four days after arrival that we were expectied to lift a grid and pull out hair from the drain after each shower! Had this been described in the description of the apartment, we would not have booked it! It is unacceptable to expect guests to clear drains whilst on holiday! The other issue was the sofa bed - it was so damaged that it couldn't even be sat on comfortably never mind slept upon - we were three friends who have not known each other that long, yet two of us had to share a double bed due to the above! In addition to the above, the apartment had a 'tired' feel to it and could have been improved with more maintenance.
