Apart from the mesmerizing location and the view the food which Deewan ji the local cook prepared was yummy. Stayed there for 3 nights had good time definately in April 2023 end.
Owner of the property is a very good and kind hearted guy. I wish him best of luck for his business.
Few things let me be very clear about this place is not in Nainital. It's a village which is further north of Nainital named Pangot, from there also it is about 20 kms away.
Problem is the road from Pangot to the cottages is not great and in rainy season it's quite slippery. Definitely less hush n bush as compared to Nanital city.
Warm water in cold season in the washroom is definitely a problem.
Parking is also a problem.

The View from the property is breathtaking. The Caretaker was very welcoming, and we like the Pahadi food.
Nothing which we don't like.
