Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Metro Barekamutyun und ist dadurch hervorragend angebunden. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit schnell erreichbar.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great with many shops, bus stops, metro and cafes within walking distance.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Very sunny place! AC is available as well.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location.
Overall, this apartment offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan. Highly recommended!

Уютная, чистая и светлая квартира. Вид на город и немного видно горы. Во время моего проживания было тихо как от соседей так и с улицы. Рядом много лавочек с овощами. Люблю этот район. Доброжелательная хозяйка всегда на связи по любым вопросам.
