The group can come together in the outdoors space, where a plunge pool looks out over the turquoise ocean, which is right on your doorstep, and across to the island of Naxos. There’s more than enough space for everyone to spread out on the wall of stone sofa, in the shade of a wooden pergola. And there’s outdoor dining if you fancy lunch in the sun. The location doesn’t get much better – on Paros’ quiet northern peninsula, just footsteps from the beach and with a handful of tavernas to choose from in the village of Santa Maria.
