Beach access was a bit difficult. Of the two bridges across the river the one to the south, although not in good repair, was the easiest and quickest to access. We did have almost private use of the beach. The house was very clean, but did lack some supplies that would have made the stay more enjoyable.
Late notice for occupancy. We were ready to check in at 4:00 pm but were notified at about that time that there was a two hour delay. Do know that it wasn't the fault of the host but there was no power at the house until after 8:00 P.M. There were only one paper towel rolls available, and not many bath towels for 10 people(had to do wash) The access to the downstairs door to the outside was very difficult(access knob needs replacing ,my evaluation). Storage area(next to kitchen) was very chaotic.

Great location. Easy to get to the beach.
We thought the rate was very reasonable. Then I saw the charge on my card! A $195 cleaning charge, a tourism charge per night, and 38.9% associated fees/taxes and services charges practically doubled the nightly rate! Make sure you read the fine print!!!
