About this house rental
Sweeping ocean and dunes view from the second floor kitchen and living room invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets and ocean waves. There is abundant wildlife viewing during the migration seasons.
The downstairs game room offers lots of fun with a full size pool table, shuffleboard, darts, wet bar, a 3-in-1 table for card games or bumper pool, basic cable tvs, and a couple of tables for puzzles or games.
The fire pit and hot tub give opportunity for fun evenings outdoors, either around the campfire or while enjoying the stars from the hot tub.
Free Wi-fi and basic cable.
Waterfront and ocean front property. There is a creek running North/South between our grass yard, the natural sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean. A footpath from the backyard leads to a good dunes path alongside the creek, then to a beach access footbridge. There is also a paved road so you can drive over and park by the footbridge for those who can't walk as well.
Please note there is no RV parking at any time. Please use RV parks nearby.

Very clean, price was right, would stay there again. The hot water is very hot which to us was great. Garage availability not included but the weather was nice so we used the outdoors. Game room was great bring some quarters for the pinball machine if you want to play it alot. They included a bunch which was nice also. Great fire pit with comfortable chairs. Large yard in the back was perfect also. Didnt use the hot tub but it looked like a nice one. Planning on it again in the future.

Great stay. Very clean. Huge selection of cookware, plates, silverware, etc. The game room - Wow! However, you have to pay for some games which shouldn’t be with the price/night. Complaint: the water is scorching hot, be very careful.

we were there three days as part of a multifamily, multigenerational gathering. This house was the main dinner and evening hangout place. Game room and hot tub much appreciated, as was the well-equipped kitchen.
