iloftmalaga Malagueta Premium

The location overlooking Malagueta beach and with easy walking distance of the port and the old town. The apartment was spacious, generally well appointed and clean. The sunrises from the terrace were amazing, and the direct access to the beach and sea for safe swimming were a bonus.

We were slightly disappointed on arrival to find the beds not made up due to late delivery of fresh linen and towels. This was quickly resolved by the housekeeping team. There was some noise from local traffic, particularly during week day mornings, and from the nearby bars in the evening. The main shower room shower did not drain very well - drain possibly blocked with sand, several mugs were badly cracked - need replacing and the clothes airer was broken - needs replacing.

Lokalizacja

Large, very well located flat with exceptional sea views, convenient for restaurants, small supermarket and bus routes

The maintenance was below the standard one would expect in a flat of this quality. The plumbing issues were largely corrected. The kitchen area layout is very annoying and designed for appearance rather than practicality. Much of the crockery was slightly chipped. The kitchen clock battery needs replacing. All small details but not acceptable at that price level

Location

No safe. Although there was one on the property A safe is a necessity on holiday . Towels + bed linen never changed in the 14days . One bedroom shutter didn’t work. Bathrooms grubby . Pity as the apartment was nice otherwise.
