A good clean space for a comfortable nights sleep.

From my perspective the apartment isn’t on the beach front, as the title suggests, it’s a couple of streets back, and sadly I was expecting a sea front view and there wasn’t one. You could just see the sea from one of the bedroom windows however it did involve jumping up. There were also a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment which I would have appreciated being clearly stated in the text about the property.

Clean and modern but felt that the Beachfront description was misleading. It’s around a back lane tucked away. Distant sea views from one of the bedroom windows.

huge disapointment

This accommodation was a complete disappointment, considering the price paid, as it was falsely advertised from various points of view: There was no view of the sea from the balcony/windows that was presented in the name and description (front beach property). We didn’t have the coffee machine that was shown in 4 distinct pictures, instead we got some expired (stale) ground coffee. The toilet did not flush properly. All together a serious misrepresentation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rory’s apartment. It was the perfect place to base myself as I explored the North Antrim coa

Rory’s place was spacious and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of fresh towels and hot water. The location close to the harbour was ideal for getting the ferry to Rathlin. Rory was very attentive in his communication and emailed very comprehensive instructions on self check in.

Property was well located and having private parking was a big positive.

Beds were very uncomfortable, struggled to get a good night sleep. Rather expensive for the time spent at property. Coffee provided was out of date. The corridor and hallway of the communal area was extremely smelly (although this isn’t a criticism of the inside of the property, it was a strong smell and permeated into the residence). Doors very loud around the property (outside), so the banging woke us on a few occasions.

Apartment was lovely , clean and spacious , great shower room and separate toilet. Everything you need for self catering. There is plenty of places to eat out just 2 mins walk away . Close to attractions like Giants causeway, rope bridge and ferry to Rathlin island .

Really nice apartment

Lovely apartment with a nice location, great private parking and nice view of the mountain from the balcony. The apartment was well cleaned and prepared for us. The heating and shower were perfect in the apartment.

The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, the cushions kept sliding off, the beds were not the most comfortable and the hair dryer was weak. There was no coffee machine.

The location was very good, close to all we wanted - playground and beach, a lovely restaurant and a spar for all essentials

Apartment was clean and spacious.

A pub beer garden is directly below the bedroom windows, so very noisy with customers and pumping music until after midnight. Even in living room with doors closed the noise was still very loud.

Amazing. Would highly recommend

- the apartment was extremely clean and well organised with all the amenities you would ever need. The very friendly welcome hamper of local products, on the table was a lovely surprised and added a special touch to an already amazing apartment. The information provided prior to arrival was well organised and provided with plenty of time prior to the stay. The location of the apartment couldnt have been more prefect to the beach and all local bars and restaurants.

Super modern, exceptionally clean, close to everything you need for a fabulous Ballycastle holiday. Host communication very informative.

As we were travelling with young children the noise from the beer garden to the rear of the property on a night time isn’t ideal. Granted it’s summer time, holiday season and the weather was good…. So more people outside. Ear plugs are a must! Disappointing as the property is perfect otherwise. Would definitely stay again but maybe not with children.

What a lovely apartment had everything you need , spotless and when you go out the gate your at the beach , I even got a day ticket for free in fishing shop and fished the river Margy that runs through the beach. Everything in minutes away and being left a few local produce like 2 packets of coffee , local smoked black pepper and crisps was very nice indeed , nice sitting out in balcony nice view of the mountains.ll be back next year ..

Nicely appointed. Newly renovated. Shower room and toilet were separated which was great for a family stay. Great shower. Modern, bright space and good sized balcony. Good comms from the owner. Good location for accessing the front.

Beds a bit soft. Sofa has a really low back so difficult to get comfortable but it looks nice! Could do with block out window blinds in the bedrooms.

Location.

Not for families who have toddlers/babies they need to put in bed for a certain time. Noise is horrendous feels like your sitting in the bar itself. Perfect for anyone looking to put their head down after a night out. Noise was that bad we left second night, could be different out of peak times. Pictures misleading , no Seaview at all. Beds most uncomfortable things I've slept on. Bit of a disappointment as I was really looking forward to the stay with the good reviews it did have.

Great modern apartment inside with everything you need except soap for your shower. Location is close to major sites.
