The apartment has absolutely everything you may need and is extremely clean.
WiFi or mobile data is not working inside the room at all (we are locals, with local phone numbers so normally we shouldn’t have such an issue at least with our mobile data) - it was not that big of a deal for us, but for someone who is working remotely that might be a problem.
A tiny issue: the plant was overwatered and there were small flies everywhere. (We put the plant outside to dry out.)

Spacious rooms, very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great airconditioning, excellent sea and sunset view, easy to access and park, clean amenities, regular provision of fresh towels and linens.

It had everything I needed.
The room was clean and beautiful
The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
I could see the beach in front but could not access it from the front of the hotel.
