Apartment A1: Spacious airy and light apartment. East facing so perfect for watching the sunrise. Surprisingly quiet location, all residents were respectful of others. Close and convenient for the town. Spyros was welcoming and friendly, he provided lots of very useful information, including about eateries, which were all perfect.
Nothing in particular to dislike, just things to be aware of. The building in front has been renovated changing the view from the balcony, but there is still a decent view. An additional building is being created next door, but no work was being undertaken during our stay.

A really lovely apartment in a great location, just about 300 meters from the main street of Zakynthos. The apartment is very bright, and both rooms are air-conditioned, making the stay very comfortable. It is also very convenient to have parking available right next to the apartment. A special thank you to the owner, Spyros, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Overall, we had a very positive experience. We highly recommend this place!

Nous avons été bien accueillis. Appartement confortable, fonctionnel, correctement équipé, proche des commerces..
Résidence récente de 4/5 etages dédiée à la location, accueillant essentiellement des groupes de jeunes dont certains sont très bruyants.
