Great location, walkable throughout the town, and nice to see the sea from the balcony.

I didn’t like the communication. I told them I wouldn’t have WiFi upon arrival, so asked them to send check-in info the night before. They would not do that. We had to pay extra to turn on our phone to communicate with them because upon arrival we didn’t have the lockbox code—they had sent it only a couple hours prior to our check-in time, while we were already in transit and without WiFi to receive their messages. There was also no info at the location about WiFi—we had to call them again to ask for the password because, again, we didn’t get the info before we left our prior lodging where we had WiFi. And they never told us how to operate the hot water—it is not common in most countries to need to flip a breaker switch to turn on hot water a half hour before a shower. Luckily my husband was familiar enough to figure it out. But I can imagine most people would need some instructions to know how it works. I also did not appreciate being asked to communicate with them outside of the booking.com platform—I like to share as little of my personal information as possible, because I don’t know and have never met the people involved—how can I know if it’s actually a scam? (I’ve been scammed before). And I did not want to upload a photo of my passport. They had no other way for me to check in, so I took a photo of the bedsheet and they didn’t say anything. But I should t have to put my ID online like that, and send it to someone totally unknown to me. I use platforms for some level of security. I’m fine to show someone my passport upon arrival, or tell them my passport number, but not give them an electronic copy of the full photo ID version.

Location right in the city center of Zante. Easy to access. Equipped with everything you need. Ac was functional and WiFi was working great. Beautiful view over the town. The place doesn’t have a parking but you can easily park near the street.

Posizione , design arredamento , terrazzo con divano con bella vista , arredato con tavolo e divano dove si cena molto piacevolmente . Qualsiasi richiesta viene soddisfatta subito via mail dal personale . Secondo terrazzo più piccolo , comodo per scarpe / valige . Zanzariera su tutte le finestre . Aria condizionata

Bel monolocale nuovo , tranquillo , ben arredato . Mancherebbe 1 piccola lavatrice , cuscini davvero altissimi . Personale molto disponibile .

Η τοποθεσία και η βεράντα

Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρωμικο , κυρίως η τουαλέτα , δεν είχε καθαριστεί , επίσης ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για 3 άτομα είχε προετοιμαστεί για δύο ! Τέλος να αναφερθεί ότι δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν αφρόλουτρο κλπ και ήρθαν αργότερα να τα φέρουν ! Καμία προετοιμασία !
