Beware extra costs - being charged an extra 40 euro before checkout is unnecessary. Did not have any essential items in

Good location and was clean

Extra charges for linen - why not include something so essential in the actual price rather than a hidden 40 euro fee No essentials in property. If you book an apartment style accomodation it would be nice to have oil, salt, pepper as a minimum, this had none of those. It also didn’t have any washing detergent, rendering the washing machine basically useless. May as well stay in a hotel room.

Great first stay in the Dolomites and we enjoyed exploring the town and the surrounding area.

Three full bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 BATHs made this perfect for our group of 5. Loved how easy it was to walk into town or to the pool. All the information given to us at check-in helped us find great food and groceries. Loved our view.

The apartment is next to a main road and on warm summer nights, the road noise made it a little hard to sleep. My guess in the winter you would not have this issue.

Very comfortable and great value

The size for the price was great and there was a very usable kitchen with and a large patio with a BBQ. There were no hidden surprizes which was great. The apartment was always warm and had really good parking for 2 cars.

We had issues picking up the keys as they had accidentally given us the wrong key for one of the three appartments we had booked. Also while the lack of wifi was advertised, it was still dissappointing.

Velmi doporučuji všem. Určitě se sem vrátíme.

Ubytování je moderní, velice pěkné, nové. Vybavení kuchyně je velmi dobré (vzala jsem si i vlastní utěrku a hodilo se to). Postele jsou velmi pohodlné. Opravdu skvělé ubytování. Místo vhodné na sjezdování, běžkování i chození v horách. Kousek do obchodů i restaurace.

Nebylo zde mýdlo a málo rolí toaletního papíru, takže jsme dokupovali. Na celý týden byla jen 1 kapsle do myčky, takže jsme ji využili vůbec.

عليك استلام المفاتيح من موقع اخر وعليك ارجاعها لأكون صريح هاذه ليست المشكله الاساسيه، مالك المنزل جداً وقح وليس لديه اسلوب لتعامل مع عملائه ، كان يجب علي الدفع رسوم معينه لاكن ليس كان هناك توضيح من قبله فقام بتهديدي مباشره بتوقيفي في المطار ورفضت دفع رسومه الى ان يعتذر وللأسف الشديد الاعتذار كان صعباً عليه

Abbiamo potuto fare escursioni a prato piazza a Brunico in valle Aurina e alle piramidi di Perca .

Devo fare un appunto sulla descrizione impropria riguardante i bagni: 2 bagni con doccia e bidè, Non è così c è un bagno solo con doccia e bidè , L altro ha solo water e lavandino . In più abbiamo trovato all arrivo una camera senza lenzuolo ma L hanno fatto portare subito appena L abbiamo segnalato.comunque la struttura è grande attrezzata nuova con bei panorami in posizione strategica per tante attività ed escursioni.

Pur essendoci lavatrice , asciugatrice forno ecc. Non abbiamo trovato un pulitore per il bagno quindi essendo arrivati il sabato di Pasqua i negozi erano chiusi ed essendo in 4 con 1 bidè è una doccia avremmo voluto poter avere un detersivo adatto per pulire che ovviamente uno non si porta in valigia …. Comunque c era un avanzo di detersivo per piatti per fortuna ,,,,,,un Po rumorosa per la vicinanza alla strada della val di Casies.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na zimowy odpoczynek ale już nie z firmą Aurturist

Położenie. Apartament jest usytuowany na górze w lesie. Cisza i spokój. W dole widok na miasteczko i góry .

Nieprawdziwy opis. Wg opisu miała być oddzielna sypialnia a w sypialni duże jedno łóżko (było) i rozkładana sofa (nie było). Następnie salon z sofą. Salon był z sofą ale połączony z sypialnią i resztą apartamentu. Właściciel pod karą finansową zobowiązał do pozostawienia czystej kuchni nie zostawiając żadnych środków czystości. Płynu do mycia naczyń było na dnie butelki, brak worków na śmieci i tylko dwie pastylki do zmywarki. Obowiązek meldowania się osobistego wymagał specjalnego wyjazdu do biura właściciela obiektu a odbiór kluczy do apartamentu w dniu przyjazdu o tyle kłopotliwy, że oznaczenie skrzynki z kluczami jest mało widoczne.

Efficace ed ordinato.

Appartamento nuovissimo e completo di tutto. Servizio eccellente. Forse unica pecca è che era molto moderno e poco caratteristico, ma cosa forse ovvia in quanto di recentissima costruzione.

Tutto sostanzialmente perfetto, unica "pecca" è che non aveva nulla di caratteristico della zona dal punto di vista ambientale o d'arredamento.

L'appartamento è spazioso, silenzioso, curato e dotato di tutto l'occorrente.

Rispetto a quanto si paga gli orari di arrivo (16:00-18:00 e di partenza entro le 9:00) sono limitanti. Le chiavi si ritirano a San Candido che non è troppo lontano ma bisognerebbe dichiararlo.
