Very old dated room, not very comfortable, but close to everything.

There are two good things: 1) nice people renting the place 2) very good location, close to everything

The room for 3 was really small, it was very outdated, I wouldn’t pay this price for this kind of room, but oh well, its Olympics :))

The second bed which you have to pull out to use then exposed the draws underneath which needed a good clean in and behind the draws, very dusty and off putting.

Perfect location and super nice hosts

Super nice hosts, always ready to help, and on top who also speak English which is not always the case. Very well prepared welcome book with lots of information. Perfect location for outdoor activities.

The house was perfectly located, very close to many dolomite hikes. Markus, Astrid and their family were wonderful and super nice, took care of our every need! The house was quiet, beautiful and very clean.

The best value for price accommodation in the region!

House in the center of Villabassa/Niederdorf with very kind hosts suitable for active holidays. Nice and clean room with private bathroom. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy a garden. Excellent location for trips to Lago di Braies, Tre Cime or Kronplatz by car or public transport.

Posizione perfetta per la Val Pusteria. Casa pulita e con tutto l'occorrente come da descrizione, I padroni di casa ci hanno dato anche qualche consiglio per la visita.

Obiekt wart polecenia! Położony w niewielkiej miejscowości Niederdorf/Villabassa. Zauważyłem tam tylko 2 sklepy i jedną piekarnię! W niedzielę do południa działa jeden sklep. Uwaga - niemal wszyscy posługują się niemieckim a nie włoskim :-) Sam obiekt spełnił oczekiwania! Przebywaliśmy w marcu 2025 (5 noclegów). Bardzo, bardzo, bardzo miły gospodarz. W naszym pokoju rodzinnym wszystko czego potrzeba - w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, część jadalna, duża sypialnia, wygodne łóżka! Do tego sporej wielkości taras! Na dole narciarnia - miejsce gdzie mogliśmy zostawić narty i buty narciarskie. Na terenie posesji bezpłatny parking. Obiekt sterylnie czysty! Jeśli chcesz jechać na narty nie wahaj się pojechać... pociągiem! Darmowy bilet umożliwia dotarcie w 20 minut (Kronplatz) na stok! Rewelacja! Do dworca kolejowego można dojść w 3 minuty!

Posizione molto comoda vicino al centro e vicina alla stazione del paese, e con parcheggio, sotto casa!

Forse più una mancanza nostra ... abbiamo scoperto all 'ultimo che cerano le tapparelle per oscurare le stanze

Semplice e conveniente

Vicino al centro di Villabassa, alla stazione del treno e alla fermata del bus. Appartamento semplice e funzionale con una camera molto spaziosa. A disposizione un frigo enorme con congelatore, deposito sci e scarponi riscaldato. Inclusa la comodissima card per il trasporto pubblico della valle.

Non c'è microonde. Il cortile in cui si parcheggia non è grandissimo, qualche piccola difficoltà se si deve uscire in retromarcia dal vialetto che si immette sulla strada ma nulla di impossibile.
