Sea Esta - Lennox Head

Great location next to the beach, loved the sunny patio area, the apartment was well stocked and had a warm homely feel.

The bed sheets were scratchy and not very breathable.

The position was amazing

The online booking system was impersonal and definitely a deterrent.

Property was as advertised and central location. We would stay again.

Check in was clunky with confirmation email and directions with no one on site. It is absolutely beach frontage but noisy main road.

Beautiful location and equipped rooms

The place was good and would only take minor tweaks to get it to great. - Property address / unit number was not provided in their welcome emails - Internet login details had to be requested - check out process not noted in emails - final payment reminder sent to us despite payment previously processed through booking.com - Called by manager on checkout as they were trying to debit payment again despite already being advised the prior day by email that booking.com had previously taken payment. - Someone was in our carpark on arrival - Broken wine glass in cupboard which cleaner took for us when he returned to finish cleaning sink after check in - Carpark keypad is on a wall so you need to exit the car each time you park
