Could be much better, if...
The appartment located very central in the old building, that has an own specific: you shall be careful on the stairs to the upper floor to your appartment. La Ballerine appartment is renovated, nicely styled and simple but sufficient equipped. Principally there is everything what you need for some days, but...
The appartment is not properly cleaned - everywhere ist old dust in the corners, in bathroom you cannot put your stuff anywhere without encountering dirt or mold, there is hair on the floor. The kitchen could also be more hygienic: dirty stains on the work surface and stove, drips, the oven door is smeared. the kettle is dirty inside. There was water left in the coffee machine and there was something white (new life?) floating in it (((
The sockets are held together by a thread, be careful when charging your phones.
Third bedroom is very small, dark and has no outside window - the window overlooks a kind of common hall with the neighboring apartment. Both other bedrooms face the street, and although the street is small, cars drive on it all night. In the heat it is impossible to sleep with the windows closed because of air lack and with the windows open it is also impossible because of the constant noise.
I almost forgot about the poor soundproofing to the apartment above: walking above sounds like walking on your head.
Communication also leaves much to be desired: I received standard information about the check-in procedure, but not a single answer to my questions: e.g. where to park the car, etc. All communication, including information for guests about the apartment and the city, is only in French.
We did not receive any "wine/champagne for guests" as stated in the description. We also did not notice anywhere the heating and individual air conditioning mentioned in the description.
Although there is Wi-Fi in the apartment, it turned out to be impossible to connect to it: the password specified in the instructions is not valid. The TV only offers paid streaming services (if you have account there). There is not even a basic news channel for free.
It's just a pity - it could have been such a nice apartment, which I would happily recommend, if the owners had been a little more considerate of their guests.
