Lovely property on beautiful beach. Loved Jetty with two restaurants and sunset bar which was gorgeous to listen to music and watch sunset. Food and drinks pretty decent standard and entertainment good esp Friday Riu party night. What makes this hotel is the staff who work tirelessly and always with a smile on their face..all such a wonderful asset to the hotel. Great entertainment team, lovely bar staff/waitors..all so good but special mention to Teresa, angel,rosemary,Johnstone, Janet, Linda’s, hamad, Neema,Leah and Aisha and entertainment guys Assam and Mahir who ensure everyone having a great time.
Balcony had no light and looked out to trees with no lights so pitch dark at night so never really used it. Lunch buffet was very repetitive

The active environment, numerous entertaining activities
The staff was horrible, I was harassed by an Indian guy front office manager, I complained at the reception, even wrote an email but I never got feedback
