Riu Jambo - All Inclusive

Riu’s are great and comfortable. A lot of things to do in the hotel and on the beach

I have better experiences with other Rius, but this was still a great experience

The team in the main bar in reception were fantastic, Tatu and Sarah so welcoming . Rafael in the main restaurant was a credit to the team, such a lovely and kind young man . the food in the restaurant was lovely

some staff at The Rafiki bar were a bit rude and oiff

The all-inclusive concept is very good and really offers a wide range of food and drinks throughout the day. The hotel has a luxurious feel, the common areas are beautiful, and most of the staff are exceptionally kind, friendly and attentive. The food selection is large and varied, and overall the hotel offers a very comfortable holiday experience.

The hotel has a luxurious appearance, but there is still room for improvement. The reception experience was disappointing and communication was inconsistent. We booked a room with two separate beds, but received a double bed and sofa instead. We were told it would be resolved the next day, but later this was no longer possible. Some furniture was dusty, the air conditioning and wardrobe had a musty smell, and there was visible mould around the bathroom glass and floor. The food selection is large, but many dishes were quite bland. There were many desserts, although the quality was not always good. Several restaurants require advance reservations, and we found the food at the Culinarium restaurant particularly bland.
