Excellent place for a quick getaway, great food and value for money.
The staff is great, great food, good location and good value, the pool could use a little bit of heating but it was very good experience all together
The bathroom in the NAXOS room was a little bit too old, not such a good water pressure and tiny vanity, it needs a refresh, very clean though. We could hear a lot of the upstaris room and what seemed to be a water pump or something.

The wifi doesn't work well. Was in a meeting and it disconnected unexpectedly several times. Please invest in a better and more potent wifi service.

Management and Team were efficient, resourceful and responsive at all time.
all was great. probably the towels were too new and needed one hot water wash up to tighten the fibers or change them but they were extremely clean though

The Hotel concepto is great, nre facilities, good food and big rooms.
Because the Hotel es new the lack a couple of stuff like AC in the Villas and blackout curtains, they told me they have them in mind just not ready yet becuase of budget.

Se rompió la llave de la regadera y salió chorro de agua cuando se intentaba bañar. Agua tibia tirando a fría Para jalar de un problema o necesidad con la recepción tienes que salir de tu habitación y caminar hasta la recepción…fatal La actitud de recepción ciado explique el problema fue totalmente indiferente La llegada complicada porque cierran portón
