Letisztult, minimalista, de funkcionális berendezés. A városközpont kb 25 perc séta, a Sky Tower 5 perc. Teremgarázs. Nagyon kényelmes fürdőszoba. Szuper felszereltség. Boltok a közelben.
Hatástalan, rossz helyen elhelyezett légkondi, a hálószobát nem hűti. Nyitott ablaknál a szomszédos épületben élők beszélgetését hallgatod éjszaka, ahogy dohányoznak az erkélyeken. Nagyon zsúfolt, nehezen áttekinthető teremgarázs, elég keskeny helyekkel. A teraszajtó nem sötétíthető és függöny sincs rajta, ezért belátnak és korán reggel már nagyon világos van.
