Помешкання комфортне, функціональне і надзвичайно приємне емоційно. Великі вікна дають достатньо світла вдень, а штори створюють затишок вночі. Зручно ходити в старе місто, досить близько до вокзалу, продуктовий магазин в цьому ж будинку.

The location is just a short walk from the main square, with a nearby station for added convenience. The room is modern and well furnished, offering all the amenities you need, and the bed is very comfortable.

The only problem we experienced was the digital door lock, which sometimes failed to open even when the correct code was entered. This also caused difficulties when locking the door, which raised some concerns regarding security. But other then that everything was perfect

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle immagini. La posizione è molto comoda. La stanza molto carina. Un soggiorno piacevole.

Ho provato più volte, durante il soggiorno a mettermi in contatto con lo staff della struttura senza alcuna risposta alle mie richieste. In particolare chiedevo informazioni riguardo l'utilizzo del piano cottura ad induzione e del deposito bagagli dopo il check out. Eravamo infatti d'accordo che avremmo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli fino all'orario della nostra ripartenza, ma quando ho chiesto conferma a loro, non ho avuto più risposta a riguardo (prima della partenza mi era stato detto che questo era possibile). Alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare un deposito bagagli esterno onde evitare spiacevoli disguidi. Al contrario però, ricevevo messaggi automatici da parte loro che mi chiedevano se fosse tutto a posto, se avessi qualche esigenza particolare o la possibilità di aumentare i giorni di pernottamento con uno sconto da applica. Alle mie richieste specifiche, però, nessuna risposta. Peccato perché non posso valutare il massimo per via di queste mancanze.

The overall design was beautiful, colors were coordinated, even the cutlery was beautiful. Everything in the kitchen was present, which is very convenient. Design gets 10/10. Large TV, but only local channels. The location was very good, central, not noisy (street). However, I could hear everything next door.

1. COLD.The apartment was COLD! I messaged the host but never received a reply. I kept receiving atomated messages, but no actual communication. This was very frustrating. Yes I did find the extra blankets but they did not help. The sleeping place above was warmer due to its location but then I could not watch the TV or go to the bathroom easily. In the winter this place is absolutely not worth it! 2. NOISE. I could hear everything the neighbors did. I am sure they also heard everthing I did. 3. ENTRANCE. It was not easy to open the doors at first. Some codes are not easy to punch in but eventually it all worked out. What I did not like is I messaged the host when I was stuck with one of the codes but nobody replied. Imagine I would not have opened the door? Outside was winter! Overall the property could have got a much higer rating but the absence of communication with the host and freezing apartment ruined the entire experience. After not replying to my queries, they dare to spam me with offers to prolongue the stay. Really? I froze in your place, why would I want to stay there longer? Especially if you are not communicating with me.
