the breakfast was very good and was ready on time. the service and ambience was also good. the location of the hotel suited us as it was close to the conference venue
the room size was a bit small so was cramped if 2 people are staying. otherwise all facilities were provided and the room was clean

location and cleanliness
The hotel has charged me extra as I had reached the hotel at 9:00pm.I requested them for a early check in.But the hotel staff said that I will be charged 1000 extra.Which is not correct.The hotel rules say check in time is 2:00pm.But a normal hotel has check in time of 12:00pm.And under request they provide the room by 10:00pm. I didn't like that
