Residence Colorado Deluxe

The entire staff is incredible. The front desk personnel are not 5 stars, but plus five diamonds! The hotel staff is bent on cleanliness which can be seen by their efforts to freshen the pool area. The condo was clean. The location and underground parking are exceptional. Our views front and back were superb and the walk to our reserve beach chairs and umbrella was 5 minutes.

I personally had trouble with the fact that the pool was a bit small and because multiple chlorine tabs were used, the water in the morning is quite harsh in every sense. I saw nobody checking the PH levels throughout the day either. Additionally, guests kept putting their towels and bikinis at night on chairs to "reserve" them for the next morning. The elevator small and slow. Our shower was temporarily repaired with a screw prior to my arrival at one point, but never properly (photo), which gives the perception that nobody really cares. The molding around the shower was loose and mildew can be seen.

Sehr gute Lage mit toller Aussicht, Appartement sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Garagenplatz möglich, Liegeplatz und Schirm am Strand inklusive.

Tolle Lage, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, total unkompliziert, schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer
