Long stay for Business and Sport
Villa Schiller is a very nice independent part of a 4 Families Villa, in the most quiet part of Lignano, not far from the sea, with a beautiful private garden with BBQ and two bedrooms.
Windows are missing mosquito nets, and the house is a little bit "dark", exceptional for Sunny mid Summers but not for late september: just remove the light bulb protections and everything is great :)

Passable
You have to collect the keys well before 7 to avoid further problems as these we had. It is rented by the company so you have to arrive at the exact time otherwise they 'll be closed. When you arrive to the flat at 7 it won't be possible to ask for any assistance as the office is closed. When we arrived the electricity was turned off an we found it difficult to find the place where we could turn it on. It wasn't very clean. The place is quite shabby. When we arrived the house was very cold. Luckily my husband worked out how to turn on the heating and it was working. There was no washing linquid or a sponge in the kitchen so we were unable to wash up after the super and breakfast. So we had to leave all the dishes dirty in the sink. In the shower there were two buckets, mop, two bowls and drying rack. At least there was warm water there. We spent a week in Italy. It was the fourth location we slept in - deffinitly the worse one.
