Close to the beach and a few restaurants. AC kept things nice and cool. Good with private parking. Beds were ok, clean and reasonably comfortable for our 6 day stay. The bathrooms were in good shape and clean. Calm and quiet area (not so much party going on). Washer worked fine.
Extremely loud bugs in the trees, was not able to sit outside in the evening/afternoon. Due to the loud noice from the bugs we had the metallic window protectors down so it was quite dark due to this. Furniture was in very bad shape, a broken tabletop and cheap plastic chairs inside. The kitchen was not properly equipped, missing various tools and it only had two wine glasses, wine opener was broken.

It’s very close to the beach through a great forest path. Our villa had a large garden with large grown trees and shade. AC on the top floor was working well. The outside wash basin was very handy coming back from the beach.
The equipment was very meh, not a single knife for cutting, everything very basic or missing. For example there is a stone BBQ outside but nothing to use it with, no grate, tongs, nothing. Also when you do the final cleaning (which you must do yourself) you will find old gathered up dirt in a lot of places.
