There was a mix up about getting us the access code for the entry. We drove to the office and found a maintenance worker who called someone that sent us the code. It was Sunday and if we hadn’t got the access code we would have been locked out. When we got in things worked out fine .

The location and facilities were fantastic!
Everything was well organised and nothing to complain about.

The location was near lots of activities.
There was lots of bedding.
Customer agents were easy to reach.
The customer service person I spoke with was courteous and professional.
The kitchen was well equipped.
There were too many stairs and they were not visible in the ads. We would not have chosen the Cabanas 29 if we had known. Everyone was recovering from some knee surgery or issues. The T.V.s were difficult to use. There were limited channels, such as sports and other options. Some furniture was worn, tape on the recliner, the crocheted ottomans were dirty, the blinds had missing slats, tub needed grab bars for safety. The Side panel at the front door needs a covering so people cannot look in.
