Hotel is located very close to Grand World and like everything else in and around Grand World it it's expensive. I've changed 4 accommodations during a month in Phu Quoc and this hotel was the most expensive one out of 4 (costing about 33% more than the second one), and it definitely wasn't the best. It's truly a mini hotel, there are three floors on top of a ground floor which has a restaurant/coffee shop. There's no elevator so be prepared to drag your own suitcase to the top floor if you ended up in room 401 like I did. It's being operated by a family of 3 and it shows, as they are trying to do all the roles themselves, but there just isn't enough of them for that, so something has to suffer. In this case it's the cleanliness. When I entered the room and lowered the toilet seat it was speckled with urine, it was not cleaned properly from the previous occupant. I cleaned it myself. Issue with hygiene persisted during my stay, trash was emptied and I got fresh towels only once during a 7 day stay, and I had to ask them twice to do it. You need to empty trash and change the towels daily in a warm climate like Vietnam, otherwise why am I even staying in a hotel? Grand World itself is also a place I could not recommend to anyone, it's significantly more expensive than the rest of the island, but also looks very cheap and artificial as it has no resemblance to actual Vietnam, it's made in some weird European style that is completely out of place.
