It‘s a super small apartment but has a good location. I can recommend this apartment for a short stay. The hosts are super friendly and help you with everything 24/7. They also provide Shampoo, Showergel, Towels, a Hairdryer and Toiletpaper so all in all a good deal.
Unfortunatelly there where a few ants here and there and sometimes a funky smell coming from the bathroom sink, but i guess that is pretty normal in Vietnam. If you ask you can get roomservice done and they clean your apartment and give you fresh towels.

Of cause the hotel is very good. Staff are really nice, the room is spacious, and most of the time, it is quiet.
Some dogs are really annoy, and I am afraid they are going to bite me. But these dogs belong to the neighbors for keeping their house safe. Nobody can do anything with that. The food in Pho Quoc Island is not my type, but there is an excellent vetarian restaurant nearby, within 8 mins walk.

- The guy at the reception is nice and polite, but he doesn't speak a single word of english, not even "water" or "cleaning", uses google translate
- Hotel, nice building in itself, stands in a middle of a literal dump - there is garbage all around, and it smells
- Loud karaoke very often
- Super loud radio round the clock which you can hear through ventilation
- First night we fought a giant cockroach
- Staff cleaning other rooms yell to each other through the flours - no respect
