The location, easy to grab transportation, great facilities
Check in process took longer than it should. Not easy to access the safe box. But the host assured us that the issue will be resolved for the comfort of other future guests.

Communication with host was convenient as well as the ability to check in at 3.30am as long as we booked the apartment from the night beforehand. The apartment itself was clean and generally well provisioned (extra toilet rolls and a hand towel would have been appreciated).
The main issue for my family and I were that we found the beds shorter than standard European sizing, too hard, and the pillows were also too firm and high (if this is an issue for you, which unfortunately it was for 2/3 adults in our travelling party). Also, there is no living space if this is something that matters to your group.
