Sunway Paradise Home Staycation PH2100 SELF CHECK IN OUT

Nice sized apartment with good facilities, very clean and comfortable in a good location for our requirements. Clear instructions for key collection/entry and the facilities in the apartment. Host was excellent with quick responses via communication over WhatsApp and extremely helpful. The apartment has been configured so that the three rooms can either be rented individually with shared bathroom, utility and cooking facilities or, as we did, can be rented in its entirety. In this setup, some might find the lack of a good sized separate living/dining area a disadvantage but wasn't a problem for us.

A very minor gripe that was a common theme in all the apartments and hotels we stayed in during our Malaysian adventure - no bedside lamps.

Location great for Sunway. Loved the pool and jogging track. Plenty of food places nearby. Communication was excellent!

Communication with host was convenient as well as the ability to check in at 3.30am as long as we booked the apartment from the night beforehand. The apartment itself was clean and generally well provisioned (extra toilet rolls and a hand towel would have been appreciated).

The main issue for my family and I were that we found the beds shorter than standard European sizing, too hard, and the pillows were also too firm and high (if this is an issue for you, which unfortunately it was for 2/3 adults in our travelling party). Also, there is no living space if this is something that matters to your group.
