• Water pressure in the unit is not stable, especially for showers after 6:30am. • The shower room in the master bedroom is not working. One the room door is malfunctioning, which could be easily locked that frightening kids. • Cracked walls in the building. • Swimming attires should be compulsory for all going into the pools, as stated in the rules mounted on the wall. • There are a lot of plaster bagworms (Phereoeca uterella) on the wall in bedrooms that cause skin itches on children in the house. • The bed in the master bedroom is sagging and not comfortably. • Security staff on the entrance could be put on more smiling faces when greeting or meeting, but not just showing annoying faces. • Oven is not functioning. • Gas stove is not functioning. • Broken furniture should be repair/removed.
