Disappointing

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

The place wasn’t clean and felt like the cleaners had come and gone in a hurry leaving their gloves and cleaning equipment behind. The kitchen surfaces and cupboards all felt crimey and the cutlery and glasses were dirty. The floor and surfaces were dirty.

Loved!!

Loved the view of the Lake! The amenities are very comforting. Loved watching the fire burn while the sun was going down. Hot tub while watching the stars was amazing. SO many fun things about this location. Sandland Adventures, Sandboarding, Sea lion Caves, and shoping in Florence.

Lovely Lake View

The view, location and space to accommodate our family and pets. The beds were comfortable, hot tub was new and clean and kitchen had all we needed.

Over all very good. NeedMost issues with Vacasa not the home.

The link to the key code in an email from Vacasa did not work. Had to call and sit in hold to get assistance. Person assisting didn’t believe me, sent another email and that link didn’t work as well. So she just gave me the code. That all took 20+ minutes.

Calling Vacasa is always lengthy. Do not use the “text a customer service person” option if you need help asap

We made the best out our stay despite the problems. Would not stay again.

Location is excellent,

There was a leak under kitchen sink causing flooding in kitchen (was able to mop up easily) I called Vacasa and they sent out someone to fix which we thought was fixed. It was not. We called again and was assured that someone would call to come out to look again yet during the rest of our stay no one called, I stopped the leak by turning off the cold water under the sink which stopped the leak, The hot water still worked. One of the beds had food crumbs in the sheets and there were dear bugs around the house. Cleanliness was a 3 outof 10
