Wael went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. His communication was excellent, confirming the stay with us beforehand and collecting us from the meeting point. He had even gotten us some lovely welcome gifts from Wadi Rum. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the shower. The dinner was delicious, and they even showed us how the cook the food in the traditional way. We don’t do the tours as the weather was not great, but I have heard very good reviews about them. Thank you for having us Wael and the team!

A truly wonderful and beautiful place. The owner is a respectful, honest, and welcoming person who genuinely reflects the generosity and warm hospitality of the Jordanian people. Our experience exceeded all our expectations, and we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which was greatly appreciated. However, the overall experience did not fully match the impression created by the promotional photos. I would strongly recommend reviewing recent guest photos before booking, as they provide a much more realistic representation of the accommodation and surrounding landscape.
Noisy air conditioning and less panoramic views than expected.

The property is good, nice decorated and clean outside. It was very nice relaxing room with the fire. The dinner was delicious too.
The bubble room fell short of expectations, with subpar bedding made of cheap synthetic materials, not clean and grimy windows that needed a good cleaning. Internet was very slow.
