Location great! Right across from the pool.

Shower head downstairs needs replacing. Extremely low pressure. Need better or add comfortable seating in the bedrooms. Dinette table and chairs flimsy. Add smart tv’s. Remove old books and replace with table games.

Like that it was close to the beach but not entirely on the beach. There was a Walmart and a souvenir shop within walking distance. Outside of home was cute. Complex was nice.

Place was dirty. Dirty hand prints on walls hand railing going upstairs golden color when it was supposed to be white. Stained carpeting going all the way up the stairs and in each bedroom. Mattresses had a cover on them assuming it was for bed bugs. Every time I rolled I felt like I was in a child's bed that peed the bed. Window in guest room warped and air flow came through. Had to hook up an HDMI cable in order to get the TV to work took me a while to figure it out. Food on the front of kitchen cabinets. Floor is still dirty. Had muddy child foot prints on wall where barstools were.. Bottom shelf of coffee table head something gooey and hair stuck in it. Blinds and baseboards hadn't been touched in a long time. Bathrooms decent just shower floor need a little extra scrubbing. If there were actually extra cloths any kind of cleaning supplies provided might have done some touch up myself so I didn't have to obsess over it every day. Pool was open but small.
