About this house rental
This 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is a quick walk to the ocean. It features large bedrooms (primary has a king bed) with a workspace, beachy decor, 2 full size bathrooms, a covered porch and a fenced in patio out back. There's a community pool, a propane grill, and common areas to run and play. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa bed and electric fireplace for those rare cooler nights. This home sleeps 8 and has dining for 6. The fully equipped kitchen featured updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Easy commute to Walmart grocery, Market Common shopping district, Myrtle Beach State Park, Family Kingdom and more! A signed lease agreement and copy of ID may be required before access to the home is granted.
Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-For security/safety/insurance reasons, there is a ring doorbell beside the front door with capability to record audio and video. We do not monitor this device unless there is reason to, such as a suspected unauthorized pet, report of party, injury, trespassing, etc. There is also a camera out back that faces the gate. Please do not tamper with the devices. We will get a notification if they go offline or if they tampered with.

The property is beautiful, clean, and in a great place to go anywhere you want to within Myrtle Beach. We walked to the ocean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and all expectations of us as guests were made clear up front. The wifi was strong, we had a family of 5 running off of it. Overall an amazing experience. We cant wait to come back!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and I want to stress the owner was extremely quick to answer any questions I had prior to and after arrival.Unfortunately, we had a few issues that revovled mostly around the description of the property verses the reality. The description read that the property would easily sleep 8. That was misleading as there were only 5 of us with one sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room, which meant no one else could go downstairs without waking that one person up. Another issue was the walk-in shower was downstairs, away from the bedrooms, and the person who needed the walk-in shower wasn't the same as the one who slept on the pullout bed. The pictures made it appear as if one bedroom was downstairs and included the walk-in shower. (*which would have been ideal*) The room with the pullout bed appeared to be upstairs, according to the pictures. So, basically, it wasn't user-friendly.The last disappointing thing was the kitchen. First, the description said the property slept 8, but there was only one table for 4, and then a small breakfast bar for 2. Also, the kitchen lacked an appropriate number of utensils or items used to cook meals (I almost didn't find the mixer or the attachments). While I didn't expect a fully stocked kitchen, it would help travelers, who like to cook, to have enough items to do so.Wi-fi worked, once we were able to figure out which one to use (there were 3 possibilites).
